A tasty appetizer that is very popular on the island of La Palma.

Ingredients:
300 grams of smoked cheese from La Palma mojo verde (green mojo)
Direcctions:
Cut the cheese into two half centimetre thick pieces, Heat the two pieces of cheese in a non-stick pan. When browned on both sides, remove from heat. Pour mojo verde over the cheese and serve.
